Global Marketing Strategist for S&P Global Ratings

As a Global Marketing Strategist at S&P Global Ratings, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the global go-to-market plan for relevant personas within your assigned sectors. Reporting to the Head of Global Event Marketing & Marketing, Americas, you will be responsible for both specifically assigned sectors in the Americas, with occasional global specific campaigns, partnering with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and build integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand for S&P Global Ratings content and products.

You will have a significant and lasting impact by providing timely content, thought leadership, and product information to the market. Your contributions will directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand awareness for S&P Global Ratings.

The Team / The BusinessJoin a diverse, creative, and professional Marketing team that is well-regarded within S&P Global Ratings. The team fosters an inclusive and flexible culture with expectations of high performance and accountability. Collaborate with partners outside the Marketing team, such as Sales and Analytical teams, who bring deep knowledge of credit, finance, and Sustainable Finance markets, enriching your knowledge base.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to sales, relationship management, product, market outreach, and analytical teams.
- Campaign Delivery: Plan and execute marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Maket Understanding: Foster a deep understanding of S&P Global Ratings product suites and the competitive landscape.
- Persona-based Campaigns: Create persona-based marketing campaigns to engage and influence market participants.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in a marketing or communications role or similar experience with B2B financial services or capital markets experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize market research and data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the customer experience.
Our estimated salary range for this position is $72,300 to $143,800 per year, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more.
