Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trauma-Focused Mental Health Specialist to join our team at ROBINS HOUSE LLC. This role is responsible for providing individual, group, and family clinical services to children who have experienced trauma.

About the Role
  • Establish open communication lines with clients who face mental, emotional, and behavioral challenges
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to identify treatment needs
  • Develop and review personalized treatment plans to support client growth
  • Foster collaboration with other treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
Requirements
  • Possess a valid Ohio license (PC, PCC, LSW, LISW)
  • Demonstrate experience and/or training in trauma-informed care, which is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields is advantageous
  • Be familiar with community mental health resources and able to leverage them effectively
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients
  • Show ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to guide clients towards positive outcomes
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.
