Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000, with a sign-on bonus and competitive benefits package that includes employer-covered health insurance (50%), dental & vision insurance, 12 paid holidays, 12 days of paid time off, a retirement package with 401(K) matching, mileage reimbursement, work-life balance, and opportunities for team building and professional development.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing ABA treatment plans for children, conducting ongoing supervision of RBTs, and navigating Central Reach software for data collection and analysis. As a Behavior Analyst, you will have the autonomy to implement evidence-based practices and make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and have a clear and active BCBA license in the state of North Carolina. Newly certified individuals are also encouraged to apply.
