About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Leader to join our team at the Bank Pavilion. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, clean, and well-maintained for our guests and artists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Live Nation and the Bank Pavilion in a professional manner to all venue visitors, including business partners and artists.
  • Adapt to the varying needs of our diverse artists and audiences, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
  • Set up venue furniture and signage for concerts and private events, taking into account different client and artist requirements.
  • Assist with ongoing maintenance needs, including repairing chairs, painting, and other maintenance projects as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
  • Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including restocking restroom paper, materials, and hygiene products as needed.
  • Assist with maintaining venue gardens, including watering plants and completing light landscaping.
  • Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after events.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform duties as needed.
  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
  • Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests, responding to inquiries and complaints, and maintaining a working knowledge of guest services programs and service recovery practices.
  • Responsible for maintaining a fun, friendly, and safe environment throughout the venue, upholding venue policies and escalating concerns to the management team in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Background in maintenance preferred, with the ability to use hand tools.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work during late-night and early-morning hours, as shifts may be outside of public transportation hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, move and set up furniture, bend over, and remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance, making independent and good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and establish strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual.
  • Passion or interests in music, technology, and media.
