Competitive Compensation
The CNA position comes with a competitive salary of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer a Premium Care Pay Program, recognizing the hard work and dedication of our full-time Health Services team members, including CNAs, CRMAs, PSS, and PSS in Training.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility as a CNA will be to assist residents with activities of daily living by providing hands-on care and services. This may include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing nutritional support and serving meals
- Assisting with transfers and ambulation
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the Residential Care Manager or Director of Health and Resident Services
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- C.N.A certification in good standing
- No clinical experience required, but familiarity with memory loss care is preferred
- BLS within 120 days of hire date
- Basic computer skills preferred
