About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resilience Specialist to join our team at Rokt. As a key member of our GRC function, you will play a major role in company-wide business impact analysis, identifying and planning around our most critical assets and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and iterate on our resilience program, including business continuity, disaster recovery, and remediation plans
  • Lead hands-on major plan implementations and collaborate with system and process owners to ensure our resilience program requirements are met
  • Drive analysis and reporting for executive scorecards, core resilience reporting, through to granular inter-team reporting and visualization

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience working in resilience in a GRC environment
  • Extensive experience building out and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively roll out initiatives and strategies across all areas of the organization
  • Experience in conducting business impact analysis for medium to large-scale organizations
  • Proven history of delivering reliable and scalable solutions for resilience and protection of critical assets and processes
