About the Position

Wellspring Nurse Source is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CVOR Technologist for a travel assignment in Tacoma, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparing patients for cardiovascular surgical procedures by sterilizing equipment, maintaining an organized workspace, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and medical staff.
  • Operate complex cardiovascular surgical equipment, such as cardiac assist devices and intra-aortic balloon pumps, under the supervision of a licensed surgeon or anesthesiologist.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any concerns to the surgical team, providing essential support during critical moments in the procedure.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current certification in CVOR technology, preferably through a reputable accrediting organization.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular operating room setting, with expertise in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.
Salary and Benefits:
