Responsibilities- Greet all customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders.
- Acknowledge and address customer concerns.
- Direct team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.
- Execute store operations during scheduled shifts; organize opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Prepare daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for the entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation.
- Give breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.
- Maintain focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.
- Perform nightly inventory.
- Ensure team members are following all work safety guidelines.
- Understand and comply with food safety and temperature standards.
