Proven experience (8+ years) in program management. Demonstrated success in managing complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability. Strong leadership and team management skills. Understanding of concepts/process.
