Job Summary

Cosmo Cabinets, a leading manufacturer of Euro-style frameless kitchen cabinets, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase plant efficiency.
  • Contribute to the implementation of a new Cabinet manufacturing department of framed kitchen cabinets.
  • Design and optimize plant layouts, process flow, and production methods to maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate job assignments around deadlines and material arrivals.
  • Create drawings based on customer needs or dimensions.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives, 5S, creating Standard Work, SOPs, TPMs, and Kaizen events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable operating in a modern ERP system.
  • Prior experience in a similar capacity in the Kitchen cabinet Industry is preferred.
  • Excellent people skills and effective communication.
