Compensation: $25-30 per hour, paid via weekly direct deposit under a W2 agreement. Comprehensive benefits provided by United Healthcare include Health, Vision, Dental coverage, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.

Job Overview: As an RBT with ProCare Therapy, you'll work collaboratively with our experienced therapy team to provide top-notch support services for students in the 2024-2025 school year. Your caseload will consist of 5th-grade students, and you'll be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans to promote positive student outcomes
  • Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families

Requirements:

  • Active RBT licensure
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
