Tulane University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Protocol Technician to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a rewarding experience in supporting the daily operations of multiple epidemiologic research studies.

In this key role, you will oversee data entry by student research assistants, organize their tasks, and ensure accuracy by verifying and resolving any discrepancies. Additionally, you will perform data entry into REDCap, generate reports, manage task dashboards, track staff meetings, and support steering committee activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to complete detailed assignments by assigned deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You should also be proficient with Microsoft applications, familiar with REDCap, and have knowledge of research practices and protocols.

Bachelor's Degree in a biological related field is strongly preferred, as well as experience working with patients in a clinical or hospital setting and strong familiarity with and ability to follow research clinical protocols. Experience with longitudinal or epidemiological studies is also an advantage.
