The Talent Acquisition Specialist Internship at Charles Aris Executive Search offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing campaigns and talent acquisition. As an integral part of our team, interns will work closely with experienced recruiters to assist with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on target companies and industries to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Assist with screening candidates, preparing candidate profiles, and scheduling interviews.
  • Update and maintain candidate information in our database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Support recruiters with administrative tasks as needed, including reference checks and due diligence activities.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Academic progress toward a college or university diploma is mandatory.
  • Related experience and/or coursework, either in progress or completed, are highly desirable.

We offer competitive compensation packages to our interns. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $45,000-$60,000 based on location and industry standards.
