Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Participate in patient assessment, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and promote a culture of respect and compassion.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Licensed nursing staff are required to obtain their CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
