We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DAVITA, a clinical leader in providing quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. As a Patient Care Specialist - Nephrology, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About This Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient dialysis setting where you will be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. You will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, deliver personalized nursing care, and collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality health outcomes.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience.

Requirements
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Prior experience in ICU, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, or Medical Surgical settings preferred but not required.
