Job Summary

The LPN coordinates and delivers personalized nursing care to residents, supervises clinical staff, and collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and career advancement within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nursing Care Delivery: Coordinate and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring accurate documentation and timely implementation of physicians' orders.
  • Supervision and Guidance: Supervise, direct, and evaluate junior staff members and CNAs, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Meds Administration and Treatments: Administer medications and perform treatments for assigned residents, adhering to company policies, local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, ensuring effective communication and teamwork among staff members.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Ensure efficient use of supplies, maintain equipment in good working order, and communicate needs for housekeeping, maintenance, or dietary assistance.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
  • Licenses/Certification: Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed, valid CPR certification.
  • Experience: One year experience in nursing preferred.
