Job Summary:

As a Part Time Data Entry/Bookkeeper at Brink's, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry for all transactions, monitoring performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency, and preparing outbound orders and replenishments for the next day's routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare outbound orders and replenishments for the next day's routes
• Monitor performance of processes and machines to ensure efficiency
• Complete data entry for all transactions of liability
• Guard liability and assets
• Data Entry skills
• A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Requirements:

• Experience in at least one of the following: cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault balancing, account reconciliation, ATM processing, cashier/teller experience
• Some uniform and protective equipment provided
