Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Restaurant Depot LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including payroll processing, employee relations, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new hires, ensuring accurate Social Security information and administering in-house drug tests where permitted by law
  • Assist with payroll processing, submitting completed time records and personnel action forms to the corporate payroll department
  • Report customer and work-related injuries or illnesses to insurance carriers and assist in resolving claims
  • Maintain OSHA records and manage leaves of absence for employees
  • Work as a liaison between employees and corporate human resources
  • Assist employees with benefit plan enrollments and maintain employee personnel records

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a high school diploma and two years of administrative experience, or a college degree and one year of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $36,000 - $37,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming the hourly rate of $17.38 - $17.96. This figure includes non-exempt compensation only and does not take into account other forms of remuneration that may be included in the total package.
