QTC Health Services is a leading provider of disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams, and review services. We specialize in occupational health services, diagnostic testing, and case management solutions.

We are currently seeking a Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing a team of business development professionals, including capture managers, account/BD leads, and business analysts, in achievement of QTC's short and long-term business development goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful capture and pipeline management across multiple customer organizations and program offices at various acquisition sizes. They will also have knowledge of Federal or Commercial Disability and Occupational Health communities, as well as demonstrated experience interacting and building relationships with key customer organizations.

The Strategic Business Development Executive will partner with senior management to support overall strategic planning and linking pursuits/capture activities which support the business development metrics for bookings, submits, and pipeline growth.

The salary range for this position is $225,000 - $295,000 per year, with up to 25% bonus eligibility. Benefits include competitive compensation, health and wellness programs, income protection, paid leave, and retirement.

As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing, and implementing near-term and long-term business strategies that provide the business an opportunity to grow revenue
  • Supervising a team of 5-6 business development professionals, defining performance objectives, and creating workforce and staffing plans to ensure efficient use of resources against priority captures and markets
  • Oversseeing capture and proposal reviews to drive high capture quality, may lead strategic captures
  • Performing business development activities, such as investigating and evaluating potential mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, geographic expansions, licensing, partnerships, joint ventures, new business/market opportunities, and sustainability to determine if such activities are in line with the organization's overall strategy and vision
  • Continuously monitoring the market to keep track of competitor developments and their impact on market share
  • Leading business planning activities, to include weekly pipeline reviews, operating plan development, bid agenda development, opportunity collaboration sessions, and gate reviews, black hat sessions, win theme and discriminator workshops, and proposal writing and reviews
  • Managing QTC's pipeline, establishing growth priorities, and recommending the allocation of resources
