Certified Nursing Assistant with Flexible Assignments

About Our CNA RolesAs a CNA, your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care and hygiene assistance to patients in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, and hospitals. You'll work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides, to deliver top-notch patient care.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutritional intake
- Ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Taking vital signs, measuring intake/output, monitoring blood glucose, and documenting any changes
- Observing patients and notifying supervisors of issues requiring adjustments in care, medication, or equipment
To qualify for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma (or equivalent)
- An active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Michigan
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
- A compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
