As a Healthcare Specialist - Customer Service Representative at Synergy America, you will be delivering personalized, empathetic responses to health-related questions from the medical community. You will be responsible for receiving and processing questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and process questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities
• Deliver personalized, empathetic responses to health-related questions
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
At a minimum, individuals must have a combination of educational background and work experience providing quality nursing care to patients as follows:
1. A Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience
2. An LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience
3. A Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
4. An Associate's degree and/or Certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills and ability to speak with proper English grammar and syntax
• Knowledge of word processing and other computer applications
• Ability to work independently without supervision
