At Soliant, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

We are committed to delivering the highest quality education, and as a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential.

This is a full-time position offering a petitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent and have prior school-based experience, although this is not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational and time management abilities, are essential for success in this role.

We offer a range of benefits, including weekly pay, guaranteed work hours, liability insurance coverage, health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits available for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week, and stipends available under certain circumstances.

About the Role:
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
