Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate II to join our team. As a Sales Associate II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on current collections and trends.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor, cash wrap, and visual merchandising to Coach standards.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
