Front Desk/Operations Staff

Breuckelen Athletic is seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk/Operations Staff member to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Manage front desk operations, including membership sales and customer inquiries
- Assist with daily club operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking
- Support business duties, including email inquiries and marketing efforts
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
