Job Summary:

As an EMS Driver with DocGo, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and transportation services to patients in need. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit reports accordingly.
Respond promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center.
Daily maintenance of the rig to include cleanliness, stocking up on inventory and reporting any engine malfunctions that would impact operations.
Provide top-tier transport to facilities by assuming responsibilities for care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.
Administer the highest level of customer service by being courteous, helpful, and professional at all times when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public.

Requirements:

High School degree or equivalent.
Valid NYS Driver's License, (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 125 pounds (250 pounds with assistance) up and down stairs of varying length.
