Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (based on experience and location)

About the Job:

In this vital position, you will assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management. You will also help them develop important life skills, like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Your patience, compassion, and understanding will make a significant difference in the lives of those you serve.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
  • Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
