About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As an EMDR specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create personalized treatment plans
  • Implement and review treatment plans, documenting progress and case notes
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to further our mission
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-27 client visits per week and coordinate services with case managers, families, and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Valid license in the state of South Carolina
  • EMDR certification and experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
