**Job Summary:**

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide critical support to students in grades K-8, helping them overcome barriers to their learning and development.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**About the Role:**

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students, identifying needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
  • Design and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to promote student participation and success in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to develop and support IEP goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in group settings, to improve fine motor skills, coordination, and other developmental areas.
  • Maintain detailed progress reports, documenting student growth and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • North Carolina Occupational Therapy license or eligibility.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to manage caseloads and schedules efficiently.
