About the Role

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at InnovAge, you will play a crucial part in developing and delivering personalized care plans that ensure high-quality, clinically appropriate behavioral health care. Your physical presence at our center(s) is essential for performing job duties, with the option to travel outside of the center to meet participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver personalized care plans in collaboration with the team.
  • Prioritize participant needs and provide high-quality care services.

Requirements and Qualifications
