Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our mental health services.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care tasks consistent with individual treatment plans. This includes administering medication, attending to individuals' personal care needs, and performing daily living and hygiene tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform nursing care tasks consistent with individual treatment plans
  • Administer medication as prescribed
  • Attend to individuals' personal care needs, including daily living and hygiene tasks
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a License and current registration to practice as a practical nurse in New York State, or a Limited Permit to practice as a practical nurse in New York State, or an Application on file for a Limited Permit to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
