About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide excellent customer service and sales support in our retail stores.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Greeting every customer with a smile and engaging in conversation to ensure a positive shopping experience">
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service">
  • Assisting customers with purchases and resolving any issues that may arise">
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment">
  • Participating in visual merchandising and display maintenance">
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations">
  • Ability to learn and operate point-of-sale systems and other technology used by AAFES">
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and maneuver within the store">
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays">
  • Cash handling experience preferred">
  • Retail experience preferred">
