Enterprise Security Solutions Sales Director

WaveStrong, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our enterprise security solutions sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key executives and sponsors within the region.
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Monitor and mediate all necessary communication between customer, vendor, and technical resources within each account.
- Oversee the sales cycle, from initial contact to delivery and post-delivery support.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in solution and services-based sales, with a focus on information security.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel up to 30% within assigned region.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
