Amazon Senior Customer Success Manager

About the Role: Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Vendor Services team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth for some of our most influential Sellers on the Amazon Store, ensuring Seller satisfaction by delivering an optimal level of service through strategic insights and relentlessly high operational standards.
">About the Team: The Amazon Vendor Services program offers enrolled Selling Partners services in one of five major categories: designated Sr. Customer Success Managers, strategic business advice, support, operational execution, and programs, pilots, betas, and advance coaching. In this role, you will be a member of the Consumables Category team, supporting one to four Selling Partners within the Consumables categories.

- Business Growth: Identify, action, and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience. Analyze data and trends to identify long-term opportunities and develop solutions to maximize potential for your assigned portfolio of Sellers.">
- Seller Relationship Management: Build effective working relationships with your Sellers; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate. Deliver timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all Sellers in your portfolio within a specified SLA.">
- Program Process Excellence: Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Sellers in an ever-changing business environment. Improve team efficiency and optimize previously defined processes.">
Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience in Buying, Merchandising, Planning, and/or relevant experience within Account Management, Management Consulting, and/or relevant experience in negotiating, nurturing, and growing customer relationships. Bachelor's degree required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and track record of developing business plans are essential.
">Salary Range: $72,000 - $154,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
