Salary and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, excellent benefits, such as accrued time off, medical, dental, vision, 401k, disability & life insurance, paid maternity and bonding time benefits, employee discounts/promotions, and a generous performance-driven Incentive Compensation package.

Job Description

This role involves strategizing program activities, ensuring client needs are met, and maintaining financial accountability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all aspects of program implementation, maintenance, and expansion;
  • Communicating with and issuing status updates to the client regularly throughout the implementation process;
  • Scheduling and facilitating status calls as needed;
  • Ensuring client needs are met with a high degree of quality;
  • Creating and maintaining reports and analysis/insight as dictated by the needs of the program and/or client;
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience (BSN preferred);
  • Active RN required (BSN preferred), Neurology or Oncology experience preferred;
  • Experience in identifying, hiring, training, and developing talent;
  • Experience in Clinical Education and patient teaching environments;
  • A self-starter with high personal motivation, able to manage multiple tasks;
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to present to various groups of individuals, including C-suite level executives;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs;
  • Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology a plus;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as personnel management/interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnights;
