Job Title: Hybrid HVACR and Mechanical Systems Specialist

About the Role:
As a Hybrid HVACR and Mechanical Systems Specialist at RSM Atlanta LLC, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our team and clients. Your extensive experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVACR equipment, including commercial kitchen equipment, will be invaluable in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Remote Consultation and Support
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to clients and field service technicians via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist clients in diagnosing HVACR and mechanical issues related to commercial kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Guide on-site technicians through complex repair procedures.
• Assist with creating and updating service documentation, maintenance logs, and reports.
• Coordinate with the dispatching team to plan onsite visits and manage service requests.
2. On-Site Maintenance and Repair
• Conduct regular on-site visits to inspect, maintain, and repair HVACR systems in commercial restaurant settings.
• Ensure all HVACR and mechanical systems comply with health and safety regulations.
• Perform installations, replacements, and upgrades of HVACR and restaurant equipment.
3. Preventive Maintenance
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of HVACR systems and restaurant equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks as per the schedule.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retired Electrician with a remarkable track record of over 25 years of hands-on experience in installing HVACR equipment, including setting up units, connecting duct work, and ensuring proper system calibration.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues with HVACR units, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, compressors, fans, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
