BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home-based healthcare services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Winchester, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, many of whom are seniors living in Independent Living and Assisted Living communities. As a Home Health Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client mobility, strength, and balance, and develop individualized care plans accordingly.
- Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to improve client function and reduce pain.
- Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative techniques and strategies to promote healthy living.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently, utilizing technology to streamline processes.
- A current license as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
- An estimated salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
