Electrical Test Engineer

Fortive Corporation is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our world-class Engineering team located in Everett, WA, United States.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test procedures for software and hardware systems.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to determine testing requirements and ensure flawless product performance.
- Debug and resolve issues identified during testing activities
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improving product quality
- Identify and drive cost saving opportunities within the factory
- Validate test stations using software and hardware
- Provide technical assistances for hardware and software debugging
- Review test results and analyze test data from database and improve yields
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in test planning and execution for complex systems
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
- Superior ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- Good understanding of analog and digital based circuitry and ability to read schematics
- Ability to program in C#, Python, Matlab, C++, Java, etc.
- Hands-on approach/experience with manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization
