Metropolitan Florida Primary Care Opportunities
We are seeking primary care physicians to join our team in various metropolitan markets across Florida. Our company, Medicorp Inc, offers a unique approach to healthcare, focusing on relationship-centered, concierge-style medicine with better overall health outcomes.
Key Highlights:
- Competitive salary: $225,000 base for primary care physicians, $260,000 base for Center Medical Directors, and $275,000 base for Regional Medical Directors
- Monday to Friday schedule with admin time included
- Small patient panel size and very light triaged telephonic calls
- No hospital rounding or call
Benefits:
- 16 days PTO, 3 sick days, 2 floating holidays, and 6 national holidays
- Comprehensive benefit package, including health, vision, dental, 401k with 3% match, relocation, and commencement bonuses
- CME: $3500 plus 5 days off
Practice Profile:
- Primary care practice with VIP service to senior patients through preventative patient care
- Full front and back office support for each physician, including nurses, case management, social workers, and in-house consulting specialists
- On-site lab and prescription dispensary
Requirements:
- Board certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine
- Licensed or in the process of being licensed in Florida
- Open to visa sponsorship for J1 or H1B
