SLPA Assistant

Overview

Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to collaborate with an SLP in providing services for school-age students.

• This SLPA position involves working alongside an SLP to provide direct and indirect services in accordance with a student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the SLP to deliver speech therapy services to students in grades K-12.

- Assist the SLP in implementing treatment plans and documenting progress.

- Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, students, and parents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications or Associate's degree from a certified SLPA program.
• Active SLPA certification (if applicable).
• Full-time employment, Monday through Friday, with a caseload of K-12 students.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel between buildings during the day and work in multiple school sites.
• On-site only; no virtual work options available.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
