Strategic Sales Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and drive growth by building strong relationships with existing and new customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the Behavioral Health Employer market.
- Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Pipeline Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Sales Experience: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets; excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,285 - $102,855, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This position may also be eligible for short-term incentives and bonus opportunities.
