Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Westlake Village Inn. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by providing detailed knowledge of our cocktail menu, offering recommendations, and ensuring a delightful guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the cocktail and beverage menu.
  • Take orders accurately and provide insightful recommendations based on guests' preferences.
  • Serve cocktails and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and serving stations.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu changes, special promotions, and events.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Cocktail Server or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bar.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays of drinks.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation:

$16.50 per hour tips
