About the Role

CoolSys is seeking a highly skilled HVAC/R Installation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring project crews, prioritizing and delegating tasks, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train project crews to ensure successful project completion
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure efficient project progress
  • Communicate effectively with tradespeople on the job site and track project schedules
  • Serve as a lead technical resource on assigned projects
  • Report on job status and performance, controlling job costs and developing productive relationships with peers, customers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with installation policies and procedures, including project tracking, safety, time and attendance, and vehicle safety
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction or related industry/trade
  • Commercial HVAC Foreman experience required
  • Ability to travel and work nights
  • Knowledge of construction principles and practices, including efficient use of labor hours
  • Ability to organize tasks, use good judgment, and maintain project labor hours within acceptable limits
  • Ability to ensure safe work practices and comply with Safety policies
