Lead Engineer, Fan Rotor Mechanical Design Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer, Fan Rotor Mechanical Design to join our team in Lynn, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of fan rotor systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute the design and analysis of fan rotor systems using engineering principles and business standards.
- Develop specialized knowledge in fan rotor mechanical design and integration into fan modules.
- Collaborate with teammates and technical experts to resolve challenges and develop action plans.
- Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customer audiences.
- Stay current with the latest technical developments and internal processes.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant mechanical design engineering position.
- Active US Government Security Clearance at the Secret level.
- Experience with finite element analysis software such as ANSYS.
- Knowledge of 3D Modeling software, preferably Unigraphics/NX.
