We are seeking an experienced Physician/Medical Director Post-Acute Long Term Care to join our team. This role will involve providing consultations primarily in skilled nursing facilities, working closely with a team of nurse practitioners and physicians. Our providers enjoy a high degree of autonomy while being supported by our administrative team.

- Rounds at assigned facilities for physician-only responsibilities
