The Role

We're looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support our local teams in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in related roles, exceptional people skills, and a strong EQ. They'll be responsible for supporting key People Ops processes, developing local policies, leading miscellaneous HR items, and managing third-party accounting firms.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a base salary of $140,000 plus bonuses and stock options. Additionally, you'll receive comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan matching, and generous paid time off.
