**Job Title:** Principal Consultant, Analytics Lead

**Company:** Genpact

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant, Analytics Lead to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain Performance Metrics: Maintain and track supply chain performance metrics, preparing and distributing reports to stakeholders.
  2. Dashboard Development: Develop and enhance dashboards as needed, analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Customer Metric Requirements: Translate customer metric and KPI requirements into reports and dashboards, utilizing a combination of out-of-box reporting and Performance Analytics tools.
  4. Data Parameter Maintenance: Plan data parameter maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and quality, and troubleshooting data issues.
  5. Data Analysis: Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, providing data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders to improve service and inventory performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Education: BE/B Tech/MCA
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience: Hands-on experience with distributed and data-intensive applications
  2. Programming Skills: Proficiency in building dynamic and static reports using Python
  3. API Development: Strong understanding of building RESTful APIs with Python
  4. Code Design: Familiarity with Python code/design practices and best practices
  5. Cloud Experience: Exposure to AWS (preferably AWS Certified Architect)
  6. Database Experience: Experience with Snowflake and relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres
  7. Operating System Experience: Familiarity with working on both Linux and Windows environments
  8. Distributed Systems: Understanding of distributed systems and their challenges
  9. Version Control: Experience with GitLab/GitHub and understanding of CI/CD best practices
  10. Deployment Pipelines: Proficiency in building and managing deployment pipelines
  11. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with onsite clients
  12. Industry Experience: Experience in working with Asset Management firms or Investment Banks is highly desirable
  13. Team Management: Ability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams
  14. Certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification
  15. Financial Services Experience: Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management
  16. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively

**Compensation:** The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
