Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Weberstown Mall. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the mall's building and equipment, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service building and equipment, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting tasks.
  • Perform a variety of semiskilled duties, including assisting operations staff and complying with safety guidelines.
  • Conduct parking lot, roadway, and sidewalk maintenance, including cleaning and repairing surfaces.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal, property events, and promotional materials and holiday decorations.
  • Perform mechanical tasks, including trash compactor safety checks and equipment maintenance.
  • Respond to tenant concerns, including roof leaks, plumbing issues, and electrical problems.
  • Set up events and perform janitorial duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
