About the Role

This production and logistics coordinator role at CHS Inc. offers a competitive total rewards package with estimated salary range of $35,000-$50,000 per year based on location and experience.

You will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment of a processing facility, maintaining product quality, meeting safety requirements, and ensuring effective implementation of QA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  1. Under general supervision, operate machinery and equipment of a processing facility.
  2. Responsible for product quality, meeting safety requirements, and throughput in the assigned area.
  3. Maintain housekeeping, sanitation schedule, and general appearance of the assigned work area.
  4. Conduct continuous inspections, monitor equipment, record operating parameters of key process points and make necessary machinery and equipment adjustments to ensure specifications and production targets are met.
  5. Ensure effective implementation of QA policies and procedures, complete required sampling and testing of process streams, and understand and interpret QA results and take appropriate action when required.
  6. Comply with and implement all regulations and requirements including completion of necessary record keeping.
  7. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance and equipment as required.
  8. Loading and unloading products from/to truck and rail and carrying materials.
  9. Monitor, maintain and care for all issued tools.
  10. Successfully complete initial, ongoing and supplemental training.
  11. Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
