About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team at Temecula Valley Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current California RN license.
  • Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • One year of medical/surgical experience in an acute care facility preferred.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA).
  • Current ACLS certification (AHA).
