Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Personal Banker - Relationship Builder to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in fostering strong relationships with our customers and providing them with tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also deepening existing relationships with our customers.
  • Financial Solutions Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of PNC's financial products and services, and use this expertise to provide customers with personalized solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers, and work to understand their unique financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions to our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience or product knowledge preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Proficiency in financial products and services, with a focus on customer needs and goals.
